According to Caught Offside, Chelsea and Manchester City have both advanced their interest in the Scottish forward, moving beyond checks and into early discussions.

In Ure’s case, the numbers explain why attention is building quickly. The 22-year-old has scored 15 goals in his last 14 games for IK Sirius and has 31 in 49 in total since arriving from Anderlecht.
