Conor McGregor’s fiancee Dee Devlin slams UFC star’s civil rape case victim in angry rant

Dee Devlin has publicly supported her fiancé Conor McGregor after the UFC star was found responsible for assaulting a woman in a civil court rape case.

A jury found McGregor had assaulted Nikita Hand, who accused the MMA fighter of choking and raping her in a Dublin hotel in December 2018. McGregor, 36, has vehemently denied the accusations and accused Ms Hand of lying, but Dublin’s High Court awarded the victim more than £200,000 in damages last Friday (November 22).

Since then, McGregor has stated his intention to challenge the ruling and continues to claim his sexual encounter with Ms Hand was consensual. Speaking in defence of her partner – who by his own admission has cheated on her – Ms Devlin expressed her solidarity with McGregor and launched into a furious rant against his victim.

Posting a family snap of herself with two of their four children, Ms Devlin said: ‘I love him I trust him and I BELIEVE HIM!’

Ms Devlin added: “Conor and I dealt with these issues privately many years ago, as should be done in a relationship and we have come out stronger than ever. We have four beautiful children now whose smiling faces and happy

She also made a series of astonishing allegations against her husband’s victim Ms Hand, before adding: “My sons will be warned women like you exist in the world.”hearts are a testament to who he is and who we are!”

In a series of posts on Instagram stories, Ms Devlin alleged: “Imagine a woman, with her own boyfriend and child, texting provocative pictures of herself to another woman’s man with a family and child on the way.

“This woman claims to know me, yet still went ahead and sent messages and pictures of herself over and over to my man? Really?

“Whilst out on a 3 day bender, texting excuses to her own child at home where mammy is on Saturday afternoon, Saturday night, Sunday morning, Sunday night, into Monday morning.

“All the while out of her face in a hotel room, dancing around a hotel carpark. What sort of woman are you!!!”

She carried on to claim CCTV “does not lie” and claimed it was the “real evidence, video footage no one knew was being taken in the moment in which you miraculously don’t remember?”

McGregor parted ways with his stake in the brand back in 2021, selling it for upwards of £100million, reports the Mirror. In a related development, video game company IO Interactive made the decision on Monday to remove content featuring the embattled MMA star.

McGregor has been part of several video games over the years, even voice-acting a character modelled after himself in extra content for the Hitman series. The character, which players are tasked with eliminating in the game, has now been axed.

On Tuesday, McGregor turned to his social media channels to share pictures from outside the courtroom, choosing to disable comments before eventually removing the posts altogether. Earlier in the week, he released a statement saying: “People want to hear from me, I needed time. I know I made mistakes. Six years ago, I should have never responded to her outreaches.

“I should have shut the party down. I should never have stepped out on the woman I love the most in the world. That’s all on me. As much as I regret it, everything that happened that night was consensual and all the witnesses present swore to that under oath.

“I have instructed my legal team to appeal the decision. I can’t go back and I will move forward. I am beyond grateful to my family, friends and supporters all over the world who have stayed by my side. That’s it. No more. Getting back to the gym – the fight game awaits!”

While McGregor hasn’t stepped into the octagon since July 2021, the UFC has remained silent on whether their major draw will be allowed to fight again.

The 36-year-old athlete had been lined up to go toe-to-toe with Michael Chandler this summer, but he withdrew just two weeks prior due to a broken toe sustained during training.
