Antoine Semenyo was reportedly not ready to wait for Arsenal, Chelsea, and Tottenham Hotspur and instead committed his long-term future to Bournemouth.
According to a report by Graeme Bailey on TBR Football, Arsenal, Chelsea, and Tottenham were keen on signing Antoine Semenyo in the summer transfer window. However, the Bournemouth winger committed his long-term future to the Premier League club instead of waiting for the London giants. The Cherries valued the Ghanaian international at around £70 million.
Antoine Semenyo has seen his stock soar since joining Bournemouth from Bristol City in January 2023. The London-born winger took to the Premier League like a fish to water, and he has come leaps and bounds in the last two and a half years, establishing himself as a pivotal figure in the final third for the Cherries.
The 25-year-old was exceptional in the 2024/25 season, contributing to 20 goals in 42 outings in all competitions by finding the back of the net 13 times and providing seven assists. Meanwhile, Semenyo’s progress has not gone unnoticed, capturing the attention of several high-profile Premier League clubs, including Arsenal, Chelsea, and Tottenham Hotspur.
