Manchester United star who Erik ten Hag is said to have “ignored” could be set for a transfer in January, according to reports. The January window is just around the corner and offers clubs the chance to strengthen their squad in the middle of the season. Although they’ve just changed manager and brought in Ruben Amorim, United are not expected to do any significant business in the window.
However, there are reports claiming that one player could well be on his way out. As per the Daily Mail, United are assessing the current goalkeeping situation and may well move for a new addition in the event that second choice shotstopper Altay Bayindir leaves.
Bayindir signed from Fenerbahce in the summer of 2023, with United paying £4.3 million for his services. However, the Turkey international has been a permanent understudy to Andre Onana, playing just three times in all competitions.
