Manchester United have reportedly placed Edin Terzic on their managerial shortlist, with the former Borussia Dortmund head coach viewed as a potential replacement for Erik ten Hag, should a change be made.
Ten Hag’s job is thought to be safe for now, with the Dutchman set to lead the 20-time English champions into their clash with Brentford after the October international break.
However, a poor result for the Red Devils next weekend would leave senior figures at the club with a serious decision to make, as Man United have already made their worst-ever start to a Premier League season.
Ex-Bayern Munich head coach Thomas Tuchel continues to be linked with the job at Old Trafford, while there have been suggestions that Ruud van Nistelrooy could take charge on an interim basis.
