Chelsea have been linked with a move for 25-year-old Nigerian striker Victor Osimhen for a while, with Real Madrid also keen.
According to a report from Defensa Central, Chelsea are considering a €75 million move for Victor Osimhen. The 25-year-old has been linked with Real Madrid as well, and it remains to be seen whether the Blues can win the race for his signature.
Osimhen was heavily linked with a move to the Premier League in the summer transfer window, but he ended up joining Galatasaray on loan. He is expected to join a bigger club in the near future and a move to Chelsea would be quite exciting for him. There is no doubt that he is a world-class player on his day, and he could transform Chelsea in the attack.
The player was linked with Arsenal as well. It will be interesting to see if Chelsea can strike an agreement with Napoli for his signature. The striker is unwanted at the Italian club, and it is fair to assume that they will sanction his departure if a substantial offer is presented. €75 million will certainly be an attractive proposal for the Italian club.
